Law No. 80335 of 12 May 1980.

The transfer of ownership of the goods shall be suspended until full payment of the price, notwithstanding the transfer of risk of the goods to the purchaser.

We shall be entitled to demand the return of the goods at any time if we have reason to fear that our claim is at risk, in particular in the event of non-payment of any of our invoices by the due date.

The return of the goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser and shall be at the expense and risk of the purchaser.

Any down-payments made by the purchaser shall be retained by the seller as a penalty.

The purchaser shall store the goods in such a way that they cannot be confused with other goods.

The purchaser shall not resell or pledge the goods until title to the goods has passed to the purchaser.
