The product is a transparent spatial filter that incorporates vertical planting into a room divider. It consists of a modular structure that can be expanded as required and can be both a free-standing room divider or create room-height zoning.
Doing more for the work environment is high on the list of priorities for management everywhere.

PARA VERT comprises two modules: Vertical, curved metal poles are joined together by large cylindrical planters creating a floral three-dimensional structure. The modules can be bolted together in angled positions to form free-standing physical combinations. The modular structure is therefore ideal for creating a free-standing room divider and for room-height zoning.

DESIGN
The PARA VERT was designed by the Ippolito Fleitz Group exclusively for Brunner. The multidisciplinary and internationally active design studio from Stuttgart designs architecture together with its clients. Products and communication are always a part of the bigger picture and are therefore what sets us apart.
Tilla Goldberg – Head of Product Design at Ippolito Fleitz Group – developed the basic idea for the PARA VERT from the context of designing and upgrading new ones Working environments until they are ready for the market.

Ms Goldberg, how did PARA VERT come about?
As a studio, we frequently and also very intensively work on the question of how new working environments should be designed. Here, we are observing and supporting radical changes in business models, organisations, agile teams, etc. Such substantive topics also require spatial solutions. And PARA VERT is a response to that. It's not the only response, but a very effective one.
What do you mean by effective? Because employees can interact with plants?
Not only that. In principle, PARA VERT has three spheres of influence. Firstly, the ability to zone purely by space or to separate work areas. Secondly, it is important not to underestimate the effect on the air. Third and finally, it is actually the interaction between people and plants that creates a more relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in the workplace.
How did the collaboration with Brunner come about?
The collaboration between the Ippolito Fleitz Group and Brunner goes back much further than our current joint cooperation at product level. We have been designing trade fair stands and to some extent communication concepts for Brunner for many years. It has been a resounding success. Brunner understands the potential applications of PARA VERT perfectly; it can complement their own products in a meaningful way while maintaining an excellent partnership with designers like us.
