At Brunner the customer is always right
You can already gather from the architecture that it is a living tradition at Brunner to be at the service of the customer from the very start to attain the best result for him or her and to make the seemingly impossible possible. Therefore, the contract furniture manufacturer from Baden, Germany, already commissioned the well-known architectural office schneider+schumacher, based in Frankfurt, to build a spacious, appealing and representative showroom at the company headquarters in Rheinau-Freistett in 2005 – including a cafeteria as an open, communicative centre.
The building with its triangular ground-plan is surrounded by glass facades on both sides. The most striking feature is the folded roof construction made of wood, which influences the interior and is the building’s distinguishing feature from the outside. In the central, two-storey hall you can find a room-high shelf that presents the whole product variety.
Brunner always keeps the exhibition up to date: A large part of the new products, which the company will introduce to the public this fall at the Orgatec, can be seen in the showroom shortly after the trade fair. Thus, a visit is worthwhile.
